Board of Directors & Executive Committee Meetings

The Board of Directors meets three times per year, including once on the margins of the annual Plenary Assembly.

At Board of Directors meetings members discuss the progress and suggestions of the Standing Committees, hear reports from the Executive Committee, the International Secretariat, and others, and consider the most pressing issues of the organization.

Board of Directors documents are available for consultation and downloading from our Document Library in the 4 official ParlAmericas languages.

The Executive Committee functions virtually, and meets in conjunction with Board of Directors meetings. The Executive Committee, and in particular the President, work closely with the Director General.
